Total Cook Time: 8 min.
Persimmon Pudding

Ingredients:

3 Fuyu persimmons (peeled, seeds removed)
3 cups Baby Spinach
1 ripe Bananna

Instructions:

Put all ingredients into blender, or food processor,  and blend until smooth.  Refrigerate for 30 min. before serving.
